Mr. Mariasingam Joe Antony Sahaya Basker (Joe Basker) brings over 37 years of extensive corporate expertise. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, UK, Mr. Joe Basker holds several Post-graduate diplomas in domains like Personnel management, Marketing management, Financial management, and Management law. Additionally, he is a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers and a certified Chartered Engineer. His proficiency spans the Power Sector, particularly Transmission & Distribution and Renewable Energy, notably Solar Energy. He is also passionately involved in Green Energy, Energy Conservation, Energy Efficiency, Environment, Safety, Governance, and eCommerce. Mr. Joe Basker had a distinguished career at AREVA (now part of GE). He later served as Director (Strategy & Marketing) for the Indian sub-continent Region and as Director of Cooper Power Systems, USA. Subsequently, he became the CEO of ICSA (India) Limited before transitioning into consultancy and entrepreneurship.
